We need a dispenser RIIIIIIIIIIIIGHT here!

I have a habit of, on CTF maps before the round begins, running to the enemy spawn with a dispenser in hand spamming the "dispenser here" command, before promptly putting my dispenser down directly in front of the enemy's spawn.
